Disastrous- One can tell they just want to bill you hours- they dont answer emails or take them weeks or months- they messed up with the taxes so the finanzamt charged me when they shouldnt have (income coming from a EU grant), they corrected it after the harm was done- Startup-unfriendly (they have no idea what a startup is).- They dont know how to handle beyond mechanical things (for my questions they had to check the law, during the time they were charging me).- they tried to charge me too much and corrected it when I complained.- They have clearly a problem with moder communication- They do not want to help but to take your money- They dont speak English.
